Each individual may hold onlyone registered account on rm888a. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify rm888a promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rm888a will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your password. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the Platform's games, promotions, or systems.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any software used to operate the Platform.

All financial transactions on rm888a are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

6.1 Deposits

rm888a supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking (covering Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bankerhad, Hong Leong Connect), and cryptocurrency transfers including USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited instantly for e-wallet and DuitNow methods, and within 5–30 minutes for bank transfers and cryptocurrency, subject to third-party processing times.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by rm888a within the timeframes stated on the withdrawal page, typically within 5–60 minutes for verified accounts. rm888a may impose withdrawal limits as communicated in account settings. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the rm888a account holder.

6.3 Transaction Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate. rm888a accepts no liability for deposits or withdrawals delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by the Member.

rm888a offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements may expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently (or not at all) to wagering requirements. A full contribution table is available in your account's Bonus section.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to systematically exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or other abusive practices will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winings.

rm888a is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any multi-player game.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or miscalculation in game outcomes or bonus calculations.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or using the Platform to process proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not in your registered name.
• Match-fixing or any form of manipulation in sports betting markets.

All content on the rm888a Platform — including but not limited to the rm888a brand name, logo, graphic design, website code, promotional materials, and game interfaces — is the proprietary intellectual property of rm888a or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without express written consent.
• Use the rm888a brand name, logo, or any associated marks for any commercial or promotional purpose.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of rm888a's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rm888a, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activities conducted on the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any temporary interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical maintenance, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, game rules, or promotional descriptions, where such information contains typographical errors or is subject to change.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rm888a's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

rm888a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policies.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the Member.
• An instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon account closure, any real-money funds remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

rm888a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
